Christopher Austin joins WTS UK as Partner from Schroders Capital to strengthen the firm’s international structuring and investment advisory capabilities.
Christopher brings almost three decades of experience advising on tax and structuring issues.

Monday 13th April 2026 – London – WTS UK today announces that Christopher Austin has joined the firm as a Partner, specialising in international structuring and investment tax advisory.

Christopher joins from Schroders Capital, where he served as Head of Tax and played a key role in supporting one of Europe’s leading private assets businesses through a period of significant growth. He advised on international structuring, transactions and fund-related matters across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private credit and renewable energy. Having begun his career at Deloitte, he brings almost three decades of experience advising on the tax and structuring issues that underpin investment decisions across global markets.

At WTS UK, Christopher will work with clients on international structuring, transactions and investment-related tax matters, helping them navigate an increasingly complex global tax environment while supporting growth and value-creation objectives.
