Lubov Mikulaninecova joins WTS UK as Partner to develop the firm’s digital tax offering, strengthening its AI-enabled advisory model as it continues its ambitious growth strategy.
Lubov brings more than 17 years of experience in digital tax, having held senior roles at EY and PwC.

Monday 20th April 2026 – London – WTS UK has announced that Lubov Mikulaninecova has joined the firm as a Partner, where she will develop the firm's digital tax practice.

Lubov joins WTS UK from EY, where she was a Partner in the Digital Tax practice. She brings more than 17 years of experience helping multinational organisations transform their tax functions through technology, data and digital innovation. Throughout her career, she has advised clients on tax operating models, technology implementation and the strategic adoption of emerging technologies to improve efficiency, governance, and decision-making.

Prior to her most recent role at EY, Lubov was a Senior Manager in PwC UK's Financial Services Tax Technology practice, following earlier tax advisory and technology roles at EY in both the UK and Slovakia. She also serves as a Board Member of the ICAEW Tax Faculty, supporting the profession's response to rapid technological change.

At WTS UK, Lubov will strengthen the firm's digital tax practice, helping clients build future-ready tax functions by combining deep technical expertise with the latest advances in AI and digital innovation. She will work alongside the firm's growing team to deliver independent, technology-enabled tax advisory services.
