Cathy Gregg is Chief Operating Officer at WTS UK, responsible for the firm’s financial performance and the delivery of its strategy. She is leading the set-up of the business and establishing the financial and operational foundations it needs to grow.

Cathy works closely with the UK leadership team, the wider WTS Group and the firm’s private investors.

Before joining WTS UK, Cathy spent 19 years at EY in finance and operations roles at country, regional, EMEIA and global level, mostly within the tax service line. She led strategic transformation programmes, managed business unit profit and loss, delivered cost reduction initiatives and drove return on investment.

During that time, she managed stakeholders across a complex global organisation and built teams, often working virtually, that continually improved how they worked.
