David Bearman is a Partner in WTS UK’s Indirect Tax practice, specialising in VAT and IPT. He has 38 years’ experience advising businesses on indirect tax.

David works across all industries but specialises in financial services, having been seconded to both Lloyd’s of London and Barclays as Head of Indirect Tax.

Before joining WTS UK, David spent 31 years at EY, 20 of them as a Partner. He led the firm’s European Insurance Tax practice and sat on the Global Insurance Tax board. As well as advising on indirect tax, he managed global relationships with several FTSE 100 or equivalent clients.
