Deborah Shannon is Head of Business Development at WTS UK, working alongside the firm’s client teams to understand what clients need and shape the go-to-market activity that meets it. She works closely with WTS’s alliance partners and global network, building the relationships and shared methodologies that help teams collaborate across borders and bring clients the right expertise wherever they operate.

Before joining WTS UK, Deborah worked at EY in the global compliance and reporting practice, where she led large-scale tax compliance outsourcing and service management contracts across a range of sectors.

She later worked as UK Tax & Law Chief of Staff, then Global Law Chief of Staff, before leading transformation programmes focused on modernising direct tax compliance delivery.
