Jeff is the CEO of and a Partner in WTS UK. Over nearly three decades in professional services, Jeff has built market-leading practices and advised boards, management teams and capital providers across the global tax, insurance and law markets. His technical expertise covers insurance and reinsurance with a particular focus on Lloyd’s of London.

His practice covers all aspects of tax including compliance, reporting, start-ups, M&A and operational restructuring.

Jeff held many senior leadership roles within a Big Four firm at country, region, area and global levels. He has set up and led high-performing teams delivering sustained double-digit growth. Highlights include doubling the size of a national tax practice in under four years and leading global teams through large-scale strategic transformations. He also knows how to put people first and create inclusive, high-trust cultures where teams thrive when tackling fast-moving, complex situations. Jeff is known for building a culture and structure that enables brilliant people to do what they do best.

He trained as both a chartered accountant (FCA) and solicitor, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Leading Professional Services programme.
