Jeremy McCallum is a Director in WTS UK's Quality and Risk team, and a former law firm and Big Four tax partner now specialising in tax risk management.

He holds significant in-house experience, having led the European Tax function for Morgan Stanley and the UK legal function for Credit Lyonnais. Jeremy was also responsible for tax risk management at a leading city law firm and, immediately before joining WTS, led the EMEA Quality and Risk Management function for another professional services firm.

Jeremy has extensive experience advising clients on tax risk management, tax reporting (including UK MDR and DAC6), the corporate criminal offence and other ‘failure to prevent’ regimes, the development of tax-related policies and procedures, and associated guidance and training. He has also supported clients in developing their tax function.
