Michelle Weeks is Chief People Officer at WTS UK, with significant HR experience across different sectors.

Michelle has worked closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams to develop and lead HR functions, particularly in scaling organisations. She has worked in a range of ownership structures, including founder-owned, private equity-backed and large global corporations.

Before joining WTS UK, Michelle held interim and transformation roles at organisations including The Economist and Kantar Media. She also spent eight years in permanent positions at Diageo and Shell respectively.
