Sharon Evans is Chief Legal Officer and a founding member of the WTS UK team. She is responsible for legal, regulatory and compliance matters, overseeing contracting, client onboarding, corporate work and all other legal aspects of the business.

Before joining WTS UK, Sharon spent 10 years at the fintech TotallyMoney, first as General Counsel and then as Chief Legal Officer. She oversaw all legal and compliance aspects of the company's growth, from founder stage through private equity investment to its sale in 2024. Sharon has built and led legal functions across a range of different industries, always with a focus on creating high-performing, happy teams that are woven into the business.

Earlier in her career, after training in private practice, Sharon held commercial legal roles at Expedia, Sony Music and The Guardian. She also spent three years at Sony Music International in a non-legal role, as a Commercial Director focused on offshore outsourcing.
