Vladimir Trpkovski leads technology and AI strategy at WTS UK, helping the firm and its clients put emerging technology to practical use across tax and advisory work.

Vladimir works closely with partners, business leaders and clients to set direction on technology and AI, turning complex technical questions into clear choices with business value.

Behind that strategic role is more than 20 years of hands-on experience. He began his career as a software engineer, moved into enterprise architecture and data science, and went on to lead engineering teams across the UK, India and Europe. Before joining WTS UK, he led innovation strategy at Big Four firms, guiding the shift to AI-enabled services and helping shape how new technology is adopted responsibly.
